Prepare a Public AI Example Without Borrowing a Real Customer Story

A useful example needs a clear problem and enough detail to demonstrate the method. It does not need a borrowed customer identity or an invented success story. Build a fictional scenario and label it before the reader reaches the example.

Try a bounded example

For a fictional freelancer, describe three tasks, a missed deadline and a simple review process. Use invented identifiers and avoid distinctive details taken from a real private record. Choose only the information needed to explain the workflow.

Show the method step by step: identify the overdue task, separate its cause from its status and decide the next action. If you include times or amounts, state that they are illustrative. Do not present them as measured results or typical outcomes.

Check before accepting

Ask an assistant to check whether the example follows the article's own rules. Then inspect it yourself. A fictional case can still contain a contradiction, such as a task being complete in one paragraph and overdue in the next.

Finish by explaining what the example demonstrates and what it does not establish. It may clarify a decision process without proving that the method improves everyone's productivity. Save the scenario notes with the article so future edits retain the same boundaries.
